This route is not easily found in any guide or catalog conventional walking paths.

runs through very close and remote places of the heart of Guadalajara, and allow us to enjoy and soak up the beauty of the region of the Sierra.

started walking on the basis of Muriel, a small hamlet of Tamajón, climbing the steep slope forcefully and subsequent fire that will leave us at the top of the hill called Las Nogueras.

Once there, continue walking and not having to overcome drop one, along a forest track in good condition that evolves over a large plateau surrounded by lush pine forests.

When you reach a 4-way intersection, go down to the southeast to reach the so-called Rancho Collado, and from there we drive to the Hill of Yesares to move down into the reservoir of Bethlehem, where we give an extraordinary tour of the riverside.

The heavy rains this season have enabled us to enjoy the reservoir at maximum levels, which has even flooded areas where water is likely to never arrived.

We circle the Cerro Bermejo

up to the Ermita de Peñamira, walk to the reservoir, where we can stop to rest and relax in such a peculiar place.

The return we will flank of the best we can the north slope of Cerro Bermejo and thus spare us back just over a mile on our way, but if you prefer, you can avoid this section and return to wild Yesares pass of the bank of the reservoir.
