Put an end and after 8 months of neglect in the MiM, return. Has been perhaps longer than necessary, but having no undue haste to return, and because the injury is quite recurrent streak, I decided to take it easy.
The result has been satisfactory, no discomfort in the knee (although the requirement of the falls). Up to 10 Km far better than expected, the Km 10 to 15 and occasionally warned of the twin, and from Km 15, cramped up goal. Obviously, both mountain time untrained has to take its toll.
Now that evidence has already been overcome, turn slowly back to the old days. The MiM 2011 is just around the corner.
